This article provides an overview of Vendasta's teams and resources, which are helpful when working with Vendasta Services, the company's in-house fulfillment vendor.

Contacts​

  • Vendasta Services (for partners and clients): For questions about products, fulfillment, or active projects.

  • Vendasta Sales (for partners only): For sales-related inquiries, like subscriptions, product recommendations, or discussing opportunities.

    • To find your assigned representative, look in the bottom left corner of the page in Partner Center.
    • For agencies with the "Customer Success" team:
      • Email: customersuccess@vendasta.com
      • Office Hours: Monday - Friday, meetings can be booked through the booking link available in bottom left corner of Partner Center by clicking Talk to Sales → Book.

  • Onboarding Specialist: To get in touch with your assigned specialist.

  • Support on Demand (for partners only): For questions about the Vendasta platform, including Partner Center, Business App, and Social Marketing.

General inquiries​

  • Phone: For all inquiries regarding projects managed by the Marketing Services team or to speak with a specific agent, contact 1-866-378-8031. This line is exclusively for partners with active Marketing Services products and is monitored Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
  • Presale Questions: Reach out to marketingservices@yourdigitalagents.com and CC your Vendasta Sales Representative for coordinated assistance.
