Character limit for customer post responses

Social Marketing users can track their word count when responding to Customer posts from within Social Marketing.

This feature only applies to customer comments on Facebook, Instagram, and X.

The maximum allowable limit will be indicated beneath the Content box in the composer and users can easily keep track. 

Specifications for each network are provided in the table below:
