How do I send SMS Review Requests with Customer Voice?

Note:As of February 21st, 2025, Customer Voice has become a legacy Vendasta product. Start using Reputation Management Premium to automatically collect reviews and NPS via email and SMS.

How do I send SMS messages?

Method 1: Sending an SMS message to one new contact

This method will add a new contact to your Customers list.

1. On the overview tab of Customer Voice, click Send request. 
2. Fill in the contact form. Note: You must include a phone number to select an SMS-method template to send.
3. Select an SMS template from the dropdown.
4. Click Send.

Method 2: Sending an SMS message to one or more existing contacts

1. Overview page > Customers
2. Select one or more customers > Send request. Note: All the selected customers must have a phone number.
3. Select an SMS template from the list to preview > click Send to [#] Customers.
