Send review requests to multiple customers at once

Note: As of February 21st, 2025, Customer Voice has become a legacy Vendasta product. Start using Reputation Management Premium to automatically collect reviews and NPS via email and SMS.

With Customer Voice Pro, you're able to send review requests to multiple customers at once. You can do this by following the steps below:

1. Launch Customer Voice > Customers tab
2. Select multiple customers from the Customer table
3. Select the 'Send Request' button (bottom right of the page)
4. Choose a Template
5. Hit 'Send' (bottom right of the page)
