Partners on a Startup plan are able to downgrade/ cancel within the platform.
Partners on the Free Tier are required to cancel all products in order to avoid the renewal cost(s) of active products.
If you are a Startup Partner and need to cancel your subscription, fill out this form. There is a question that addresses what to do with products. The cancellation will be executed within two (2) business days.
Please note: Startup subscription cancellations must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours prior to renewal to avoid additional subscription charges.
If you want to cancel or downgrade a contracted subscription, you will need to reach out directly to your Partner Growth Manager, or Support on Demand with an official request. Call (1-844-955-6650), Chat (right through Partner Center!), or Email at email@example.com.
Please note: you will continue to be charged for active products and subscriptions for the duration of the committed length of your contract terms. Refer to the Terms of Service. Deactivate products to avoid any unnecessary product charges.
