Recently, we made some changes to how Partner logos appear within the Business App navigation menu. It’s our mission to continue to make Business App feel like it belongs to businesses who use it—it’s their app.
With that in mind, your Partner logo was moved to the bottom left of Business App navigation, rather than at the top. This is so your business clients have a better understanding of Business App as their own business app that has been provided by you. In a future update, their logo will be featured within Business App, giving them the feeling that the app belongs completely to their business, as their branding is featured.
Phase 1: The partner logo was moved to the bottom left of the Business App navigation, near the Salesperson contact info.
In a future update, it will be possible for SMBs to see and set their own logo in Business App.
Why does it matter?
Business App is a client-facing app for you to offer your business clients, and they should have the perception the app is designed for them. By featuring their own logo in Business App, your business clients will understand this is now their app while knowing it is powered by their trusted marketing expert—you!
If you'd like to revert back to the previous navigation with your logo at the top, go to Partner Center > Administration > Customize > Business App Settings.
Note: if you turn off the appearance setting as shown below, the LOGO will be moved to the top left corner of the business app.
