My Meetings is a free feature included with the Business App. It enables users to create booking links, sync meetings with Google Calendar, set their availability, and more—making it easy for their clients to find a time that works for both parties.
Why does it matter?
Scheduling meetings can be time-consuming. Coordinating a time that works for everyone often involves back-and-forth communication, which can easily lead to confusion. While there are tools available to help, many are costly and don’t integrate with existing systems.
On top of that, managing reminders and tracking appointments adds even more overhead to the process.
How does it work?
My Meetings in Business App works just like My Meetings in Partner Center! Here is a link to get you started.
If users access the Business App through Partner Center, they may encounter an authorization error. To avoid this, we recommend having them log in to the Business App directly to connect their accounts.
