Facebook review responses
With this update, your clients can see responses made on their business' Facebook reviews from within Reputation Management. Partners with Professional or Enterprise subscriptions can also access an external API to pull in Facebook review responses. You can access the endpoint via our API Documentation.
Show non-recommended Yelp reviews
This new partner-level setting will allow you to surface a business's non-recommended Yelp reviews.
To access this setting in Partner Centre, go to:
Administration > Customize
Under General Product Settings go to Reputation Management
Check Include Yelp Not Recommended Reviews
This setting is turned off by default.
Customer comments on Instagram posts
In addition to publishing to Instagram, you can now also see comments on posts—and respond to them—directly within Social Marketing. Read full article
Export billing data as a CSV spreadsheet
Your admins can now download billing data from Partner Center. To download a CSV, go to Administration > Billing > Billing Reports and then select a report within the "All Products" row.
Reviews and social media: compare prospects to industry leaders
The Snapshot Report now shows your prospects how they stack up against the industry leaders (top 5%) for reviews and social media.
