Overview of Bulk Social Post Upload via CSV
This feature in the Multi-Location Business App allows you to upload and schedule multiple social media posts at once using a CSV file. You can include text, image links, and video URLs, and publish across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile. This helps streamline social posting for businesses managing multiple locations.
How to Bulk Upload Social Posts Using a CSV
Step 1: Go to the Multi-Location Social Overview page.
- Click Create, then select Import CSV to launch the composer.
Step 2: Download and complete the CSV template.
- In the composer, click Download CSV template to access the formatting guide. Fill in your content, including post text, media URLs, and scheduled date and time.
Step 3: Upload your CSV file.
- After filling in your content, upload the CSV. If the format is correct, location and social network selection options will appear.
Step 4: Select and refine posting options.
- Choose the locations and social media platforms you want the posts to publish to. You can refine selections and follow on-screen formatting tips.
Step 5: Review and edit your posts.
- Click Next to preview the posts. Use Edit to make changes, Delete to remove posts, or adjust scheduled times as needed.
Step 6: Finalize and schedule your posts.
- Once everything looks good, click Schedule Posts to publish across your selected locations and networks.
