Set up the AI Webchat on a WordPress Website

You can integrate AI Web Chat directly into your WordPress site through the Website Pro dashboard. Before you begin, ensure that AI Web Chat is configured in your Business App.

Configure AI Web Chat in Business App

1. Open Business App.

2. Go to Administration > Inbox Settings > WebChat.

3. Set up your AI Web Chat preferences.

4. Once configured, make sure Web Chat is enabled.

Add AI Web Chat in Website Pro

After enabling AI Web Chat, follow these steps in your WordPress dashboard:

1. Access Your WordPress Dashboard

• Log in to your Website Pro dashboard.

• Click on WordPress Dashboard to enter your site’s backend.

2. Navigate to the Plugins Section

• In the left-hand menu, click Plugins.

• Then click Add New at the top of the page.

3. Upload the Plugin

• Click Upload Plugin.

• Choose the .zip file for the AI Web Chat plugin (downloaded earlier).

• Click Install Now.

4. Activate the Plugin

• Once installed, click Activate.

• You’ll see the plugin listed in your installed plugins.

5. Configure the Plugin

• Open the AI Web Chat plugin settings.

• Customize options such as:

  • Welcome message

  • AI behavior

  • Chat window appearance
