Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why don’t I see any lead analytics yet?
A: The Executive Report summarizes lead activity over a specific period, like a week or month. If you’ve just started capturing leads, you may need to wait for the next reporting cycle. As long as leads are in your CRM with a valid source (like web chat or form), they will appear automatically.
Q: What lead sources are included in the report?
A: The report includes all leads except those manually added via:
-
CRM UI (manual entry)
-
Bulk Import
To ensure a manually added contact counts toward analytics, simply update the Lead Source field to something other than the default "crm ui" or "bulk import."
