Accidentally sending an email campaign can be a common occurrence. With the ability to pause and resume your email campaigns, you gain greater control over your marketing efforts. This feature helps you prevent any confusion, allowing you to make necessary adjustments before resuming your campaign. This way, you can ensure your campaigns are always timely and accurate.
How to pause or resume a campaign for a contact
Step 1: Navigate to Partner Center > CRM > Contacts.
Step 2: Open the desired contact > click Campaigns.
Step 3 - Click on the three dots > Campaigns > Pause Campaigns.
Step 4: Once the campaign is paused it can be resumed again when needed following the same steps.
