Online reviews are critical to the success of local businesses. In fact, nearly 90% of consumers say they’ll only consider using a business if they have an average rating of 3-5 stars. Your clients know that it’s important to capture their customers’ feedback, but they need your help. That’s why we are now offering “review requesting” capabilities in Reputation Management.

With this feature, your clients have the power to gather customer experiences to boost online star power and drive more business. With just a couple of clicks, they can reach their customers via email, and collect reviews on the sites that are most important to their business.

What is it?

We have added a new functionality in Reputation Management for review requests which will enable you to send requests for reviews for Google and Facebook and to customize your email request.

Reputation Management Premium includes: 

  • Sending email review requests

  • Managing email templates using Email Builder

  • Crafting Email Builder template text using AI

  • Updating Email Builder template images using AI

  • Internal CRM to add contacts

  • Tracking the status of emails sent to contacts

How does it work?

Step 1 - Click on the Reviews tab on the left side navigation.


Step 2 - Under the 'Reviews' tab, select 'Request Review' as highlighted below.


Step 3 - 

  • Click 'Select recipients' to select who you would like to send the request to.

Once multiple email addresses are added, they will be displayed together.

Step 4 - To be able to select an email template, a default template is pre-selected which you can preview on the right under 'Email Preview'.

This already contains a pre-set email subject, default image, email text, and review site URLs of the business if their Google Business Profile and Facebook are connected. (1).png

Step 5 - If you wish to edit the email template, click on the 'Edit Email' button. This will open the email composer on the left navigation where you will be able to see all of the editing options and on the right the preview of all the edits.

This will enable you to edit just in time to customize the review requests. Once edited, the outcome is also visible on the right side of the preview section.

Step 6 - Once you are happy with the changes, click on the 'Next' button to save the changes which will lead you back to the original screen with new template changes applied.

If the changes look good along with the email addresses that were originally entered, click on the 'Send' button to send out the email. Once it's sent successfully, you will receive a confirmation message stating 'review request sent successfully'.

Sending review requests from the customer table:

There is a new tab that lists all the new customer tables, which can create, edit, delete, and bulk upload customers. 

Once a customer is added, users can multi-select the customers in bulk and send the review requests from the customer table.


Managing Templates

Once a new email template is created, it can be managed in a separate templates tab where users can tag a default template or edit an existing template.
