Run the monthly loop that keeps a deployed workforce improving

Turn a working account into a sale

By the end of this step, you can price a real AI Workforce package for a real prospect and know which support model to offer them. Everything up to here worked on one account; this step is what turns that account into a sale, and every sale into a program you manage rather than a one-time setup.

The words that work

Lead with the outcome, not the word "AI": "never miss another lead, no question goes unanswered, day or night." For a team worried an AI Employee threatens their job, the junior-receptionist framing holds up: an extra set of hands up front, so the skilled work stays with the people already doing it. For after-hours value, the plainest math wins: a paid ad click that goes unanswered on a Saturday call is a lead paid for and lost.

Your own account is the proof

The screenshots and before/after answers you have collected since step 2 are the sales asset, not a slide deck. "Let me show you how it is doing for us" opens a conversation a feature list never will.

The champion wedge

For a multi-location or franchise prospect with several decision-makers, deploy with the one location or person already convinced, prove real lead volume on their account, then bring the rest of the decision-makers the results instead of a pitch.

Match the employee to the business model

An online-only business gets chat, not voice. A business that lives on the phone gets voice, with after-hours capture doing the work nobody is there to do. Getting this backwards costs trust before the workforce gets a chance to prove itself.

Try it now

Name one real prospect and decide, in one sentence, which employee and which channel actually fits how their customers reach them.

Package and price it

Three building blocks combine into a client price: a Conversations AI tier, a one-time AI Employee Setup, and an ongoing AI Workforce Optimization Plan for ongoing management, which folds a full setup into its first month. Check current Marketplace pricing for each before you quote a number; treat this step as the structure to price with, not a fixed price list.

Two real end-to-end packages from the field show what a finished bundle looks like: a fuller voice-plus-lead-generation package running $1,500 to $2,000 a month at retail, and a lighter SMS-and-email-only automation package running $600 to $750 a month at retail. Elite Web Professionals ran this exact playbook for a client buried in missed calls: an AI Receptionist deployed, and within four months it had handled 1,017 calls and captured 778 qualified leads, a 76 percent conversion rate. Missed calls became a pipeline the business could work.

Price the bundle, not the seat: a per-employee fee structure throttles a client who wants to add more employees later.

Choose self-serve, setup, or managed

Three tiers of support, named plainly: what the client's own team now runs after this path, on their own account; what a one-time Setup covers, launch and configuration done for them once; and what the ongoing AI Workforce Optimization Plan covers, launch plus continuous tuning. Activating a Setup or an Optimization Plan is what starts delivery on the Vendasta Services side, so it belongs at the moment the client agrees, not as a follow-up task for later.

Segment clients the way you segment yourself

A client new to AI gets one simple win that changes their week. A client already comfortable gets the next challenge. The same tiered thinking that shaped how you moved through this path applies to every client relationship: match the next step to where they actually are, not to where the full workforce eventually goes.

Manage and improve, every month

Review real conversations, send anything off back through the audit habit from step 4, and raise autonomy as trust grows rather than leaving it wherever step 5 first set it. A deployed workforce that nobody revisits drifts; one reviewed monthly keeps improving on its own trajectory.
