Expectations

Vendasta Services delivers managed work across listings, reputation, social, websites, digital ads, and AI employee setup and optimization. This section explains what to expect after you order: confirmation and timelines, pre-launch and post-launch calls, project tracking in Business App, and where to find fulfillment forms so you can prepare and share details with your team and clients.

Overview

Service expectations are the timelines, steps, and deliverables you can expect once an order is placed. They include:

  • Order confirmation – Within 48 hours, contacts on the order form receive an email with an order reference and what’s needed for fulfillment. For services with a pre-launch call, that’s included too.
  • Pre-launch call – Included on many services (Reputation, Social, Websites, Digital Ads), though it varies by individual product within those lines. The call sets expectations, completes connections and authorizations in Business App, and works through a content questionnaire. Check the product's own guide to confirm.
  • Post-launch call – For Specialty Ad Campaign only; after ads are ready to launch, a call to discuss performance, optimizations, and strategy.
  • Project tracking – You track all services from Partner CenterFulfillmentProjects. Your customers see the same tracker in their own Business App under Projects, with tasks, expected completion dates, and notes.
  • Launch timelines – Business days to launch after assets are received vary by service (e.g. 1–2 for Reputation, 5 for Social, 5–10 for Websites, 1–10 for Digital Ads). Listings may take longer for complex claims.

Requirements differ by product: some need Business App connections, external credentials, or Digital Agency access. The expectations by service table and definitions cover each one.
