What white label covers

White-label products and services are re-brandable, re-sellable items produced by one company to be re-branded and re-sold by another. That is the model the whole platform runs on: the workspaces, the products you resell, and the services that fulfill them carry your brand, so your clients see your name throughout.

Do this before anything client-facing goes out. What you upload once appears in Business App, in outgoing email, on login pages, on invoices, and everywhere else the platform represents you.

Brand both workspaces at once

Partner branding is one page, and it controls how your business is represented everywhere. Six settings do the work, in this order. If you run multiple markets, note the All Markets selector at the top right: branding can differ per market.

Labupload your brand

Go to AdministrationPartner branding.

Refresh the page: Partner Center is wearing your brand, and so is every client's Business App.

For every setting on the page, this guide walks through branding and customization.

Make Business App yours

Business App is where your clients log in. It is called "Business App" until you rename it, and the name you choose appears in its navigation and in the emails it sends.

Labrename it, and turn on the backlink

Go to AccountsManage Business AppCustomize Business AppBranding.

Your clients' portal now carries a name you chose rather than a generic one.

The footer pulls your agency name and website from your Company Profile, so fill that in first if the fields look empty. The backlink earns SEO value from every client site running your widget.

One thing to know before you rename: the client-facing documentation at docs.businessapp.io says "Business App" throughout. It stays a strong reference for you and your team, and once your clients know the workspace by your name, a link straight into it will not match what they see on screen. If the branding matters more to you, rename and keep product questions with your team or in the platform. Decide it now, while the rename is still in front of you.

Decide what clients see

You choose which pages appear when a client logs in. Hiding a page removes it from their navigation without disabling anything underneath it.

Labset your page visibility

Go to Customize Business AppPages.

A client logging in sees the pages that match how you actually work with them.

A useful starting point, page by page:

PageShow it whenHide it when
Store and My ProductsClients browse and buy for themselvesEvery purchase goes through your team
InboxYou want clients messaging you thereYou prefer to start every conversation
Get StartedYou are onboarding new clientsYour clients are fully set up
ProjectsYou deliver project-based servicesYou do not run fulfillment workflows
InvoicesClients manage their own billingYou bill outside the platform

Home stays on for everyone, and Executive Report earns its place whenever a client wants proof of performance. Page visibility applies to every client at once, or per market if you use them.

What your plan carries

White label and custom domains are set by your subscription, not on these screens.

What your subscription gates

White label depends on your plan. On plans that include it, the platform carries your brand with no mention of Vendasta, in Partner Center and in every client's Business App. Free tiers do not include it, and some white-label options vary by plan. Custom domains are available on select plans as well. Plan details are on the pricing page.

A custom domain lets clients and salespeople reach the platform through a link that carries your brand, such as app.youragency.com, instead of a default URL. It is also the one branding job that is not a switch you flip: you send your domain preferences on this form, Vendasta emails you back the TXT and CNAME records, you add them at your DNS host, and Vendasta verifies them and completes the setup.

Because it runs through people and DNS on both sides, start it early if a branded URL matters to you, rather than the week you need it. This guide covers the domain options.

Try it now

Open Business App the way a client would and look at it end to end: the name in the navigation, your logo, the color, the tab icon. That is the first thing every client you bring on will see.
