With the redesign of the Vendor Center Accounts page, Vendasta has consolidated account-related information and actions into an easy to use workflow, providing vendors with all the information and tools to learn about and managing their accounts in just a few clicks.

With the redesign of the Vendor Center Accounts page, Vendasta has consolidated account-related information and actions into an easy to use workflow, providing vendors with all the information and tools to learn about and managing their accounts in just a few clicks.

Access all your accounts using the improved Accounts page in Vendor Center. Featuring filterable columns to help you prioritize accounts and workflow, the Accounts tab displays the account name, the reseller that account is under, account status, and total revenue and MRR. The account status will indicate whether an account is Active, Needs Attention or is Inactive after the subscription has expired.

Active accounts do not have any service requests or status changes, while accounts that are listed as Needs Attention may have outstanding orders and spend change requests. When selecting an account the side pane displays the account information, what products are active, and quick buttons to approve and manage activations and orders.

Cancellations are also an indication that an account needs attention, and communication workflow is simplified by providing the primary contact and Inbox icon to connect with the reseller and manage the account.
