Recent Activity in Business App

The Recent Activity is a feed of activity about a business account. It gives users a quick and easy way to see what's been going on in their business. Items that appear here can also be sent as instant notifications, or as part of the daily digest notification.


How does the recent activity feed work?

Events are pushed into this feed by both Business App itself, and activated products. For example, if Reputation Management is activated, whenever someone leaves a review on one of the monitored sites, that event will appear here, and trigger a notification, if the notification is enabled.

Activities that appear here can include:

  • Weekly Executive Report
  • Monthly Executive Report
  • Product Activation
  • Inbox Message Received
  • Google Message Received
  • Google Q&A received
  • Inbox New Lead
  • File Upload
  • Listing changes
  • New Review
  • Website Domain Status
  • Customer Post via Social Marketing
  • ...and more supported activities from Vendor products.


Filters will only appear for events that have occurred for an account. For example, a filter for Google Q&A will only be available if the business has received a Google Q&A activity.

The recent activity page is a valuable resource for businesses that want to stay on top of their account activity.
