Deleted Accounts in Partner Center

If an account is deleted in Partner Center, there is not a lot that can be recovered, however, you can identify the deletion information for the respective Account Group IDs (AGIDs). 
To do so, navigate to Partner Center > Administration > My Billing > Estimated Usage. The limitation is that this option can only be obtained for the current month. Click on the Blue link for the month to get the CSV download.
You can filter by the column by using control F to navigate to "Deletion Date" as non-blank and find a list. Once you arrange the columns as you need, you may find the information you are looking for.
