Vendasta’s billing and invoicing solution provides the ultimate level of flexibility to allow you to customize and bill your customers the way you like. With “Bill by active products”; products and services in the customer account are automatically billed according to the price and schedule defined by the Vendor in the Marketplace. On top of that, you can set up recurring invoices to run concurrently for your own Custom products.
Note of caution when combining “Bill by active products” and “Recurring invoice templates”:
Avoid double-billing customers for products. To help you, we have added a notification banner that will appear anytime you are creating a recurring invoice template on a customer account that is already being billed by active products.
