What should I do to start using Inbox In-platform chat?

To start a new conversation with your client, select the Inbox icon from the top navigation bar, and click on the new conversation button or + sign. From there, you will be prompted to select an account to begin a conversation with.
Please note that all conversations between your agency and an account will be visible to all Salespeople and Admins on your agency.
