What is this?
Vendasta Channel Partners who are utilizing Vendasta Payments may experience interruptions in their service if they do not take action. Vendasta has been notified by Stripe that accounts connected to Vendasta Payments that are missing key business information will no longer be able to accept payments from clients, and will not receive payouts. To avoid interruptions to store functionality and payout schedules, please update your Stripe account by May 3rd, 2022.
Why is this happening?
It's not uncommon for Stripe's financial partners to require updated/new information of connected accounts to remain up to date with compliance and regulations. Stripe calls these Onboarding Requirements Refresh cycles.The impact only extends to partners who are utilizing Vendasta Payments.
How to update your account
- Log in to Partner Center
- Navigate to Administration > Vendasta payments > Manage Account
- Fill in missing information
- Press Submit
