For the automations action entitled ‘log activity with hotness rating’, an email will no longer be automatically sent to salespeople. This enables further customization of automations and actions so you can separate out how you log hot leads and send out email notifications.
If you would like to continue to have your salespeople receive an email in this automation workflow, add the 'send a notification' action after the 'log activity with hotness rating' action.
The four built-in automations that include this action will have the 'notify a salesperson' action included after the change, and therefore will not be affected.
What automations will it affect?
- Any built-in automations that have been copied and still contain this action
- Any Partner-built automations that include the ‘log activity with hotness rating’ action
In order to have an email sent to your salespeople, you will need to add the 'send a notification' action after the 'log activity with hotness rating' action.
