We’re continuously working on improving our Marketing Services products, reducing delivery times, and focusing on value. That’s why we’ve evaluated our Review Responses product, newly renamed Review Responses Unlimited, and opted to cease screening for negative mentions.
Our Reputation Management software scrapes the internet for mentions of a business’s name so that small business owner can keep their finger on the pulse of what’s being said about them online. Our team of Marketing Services Reputation Specialists would review each and every mention and notify your clients of any negative mentions. As you can imagine, this required a lot of manual effort for very little value.
What is changing?
We’ve discovered that many partners and customers weren’t seeing value from the ‘mentions’ part of our Review Responses service, so we’ve opted to remove the screening of them entirely.
Although our team will no longer be reviewing online mentions, you are still able to see all mentions of a business name within Reputation Management, and you can address them as you see fit.
Instead of screening hundreds of online mentions, we’ll be focusing on creating value with unique and memorable responses to the reviews your clients receive. That is where the true value lies, and we want to make sure that we’re delivering on that promise.
How does it impact you?
Starting on September 30th, 2021, our team will no longer be screening mentions of a business online when pulled into Reputation Management.
Instead, we will be educating the business owner to use the software to check their mentions as part of our onboarding process. This way, they can use the software to review their mentions as often as they like.
