Utilizing an API user token from Freshdesk, Partner Center admins are able to connect their Freshdesk account with Vendasta to streamline and unify communication between customers, salespeople, and support workers!

Why is it important?
Communication between teams is an important element in keeping customers happy, but when different teams use different software systems, it is easy for communication to get missed or become inefficient!
With this integration of Freshdesk, team members using the Sales and Success Center have easy access to ongoing communication between the customer and company that occurs within the Freshdesk ticket system!
When a Business App user requests the cancellation of a product, it will create a ticket in Freshdesk that will be visible in the Sales and Success Center as well as communication between the Freshdesk user and customer.
How does it work?
Authentication
To connect with Freshdesk, it must first be authenticated via Partner Center > Administration > Integrations.
You will need your Freshdesk API token and your company's Freshdesk domain URL.
How do I find my Freshdesk admin user token?
Business App Cancellation Request Trigger
When a cancellation request for any product is triggered in Business App by the customer, it will:
- Send in-app notifications to the assigned salesperson on that account
- Send an email notification to the assigned salesperson
- Create a new ticket automatically in Freshdesk
- Log the cancellation request in the "recent activities" for the account in the Sales and Success Center.

Active tickets related to an account in the Sales and Success Center will be visible by clicking on the "Support" link on the accounts details page.
The information available in the table will include:
- ID
- Status
- Subject
- Requester
- Requested
- Updated
- Via
- Assignee
