When activating products that have an associated commitment period, there is no option to not choose the commitment or the stipulated frequency of payments required for that product - those options are tied to the specific products themselves and cannot be altered (eg: Listing Sync Pro yearly, Listing Sync Pro monthly).
You can find all of our product/service offerings in the Partner Center > Marketplace > Discover Products! Payment frequency is indicated in the product marketing materials.
The best practice would be to access all the Marketplace solutions that have some form of payment contract attached before activating them.
