When it comes to sales, having the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently is a top priority. This means not having to scroll endlessly to find the information you find most important.
To help you find the information you need as quickly as possible, you have the ability to pin cards directly within the account details page. Let's show you how:
How to pin a card in an account
- Log in to the Sales & Success Center
- Go to Accounts > Manage
- Click into any one of your accounts to view their account details page
- Choose a card on the left-hand side and click the icon next to the cards name
Note: You can only select one card to pin at the top of the page. If you select a new card to pin to the top, the previous pinned card will be removed and returned to its original location.
Be aware that this change will affect all of your accounts. The same pinned card will be found at the top of the details page for all your accounts, not just the one you're currently viewing.
And with that, every time you view an account you'll find that specific card right at the top of their details page. This is a great way to ensure that the most important information is surfaced immediately when managing your accounts.
Note: This change is locked to the specific device you're currently using. If you change devices, ie. go from a desktop to a tablet, this change will not be reflected. You'll need to re-pin that card on any new device to maintain this view.
