You can see a user’s notification settings in two ways:
- In Partner Center > Businesses > Users, select the kabob menu next to a user, and select “Edit Notifications.” Or,
- While viewing a specific account, under the Users list (Businesses > Users), select the kabob and choose “Edit Notifications” from there.
Users must have "Instant Emails" enabled as well as the Executive Report notifications enabled.
