What is it?
Clients with Reputation Management Pro can now add the Better Business Bureau (BBB) as a review source and view BBB consumer reviews in the dashboard.
When will it be made available?
This feature is available as of March 15, 2022 for all users with Reputation Management Pro enabled. Your client must already have a listing active with the BBB for it to be used as a source.
Why is it important?
Allows clients to view BBB consumer reviews directly in the Reputation Management dashboard under “Reviews” and provide a quick response by clicking the “Respond” button, which will take the user to their business profile page at BBB.org.
How does it work?
Go to Business App > Reputation Management > Reviews to see the BBB listed under Sources on the Filters menu. If the BBB does not appear here then go to Listings to ensure that the BBB is listed as a review site and the business information is correct (see below). If “Accurate listing found” or “Listing found with possible errors” is the status then return to Manage Reviews on the left menu and the BBB should now be listed as a primary source.
Note: the BBB will not appear as a review source if the local business does not have a profile at BBB.org or has a profile but does not have any reviews at BBB.org.
