If you connect your social accounts such as Facebook or Google Business Profile page to the Business App first, it will automatically connect the account(s) to other areas on the platform, such as within active products like Social Marketing or Reputation Management.
However, if you have your Facebook account connected to the Business App but there is no active Social Marketing, Reputation Management, or Listing Builder product on the account, you cannot monitor the data from these accounts on the Executive Report. Hence, there is not much benefit to connecting the social accounts in the Business App without having active products.
