Can I send or stop Email campaigns while impersonating a Salesperson in Sales & Success Center?

The short answer is no. To start or pause a campaign in Sales & Success Center, you need to log in directly as a Salesperson. When you try to send or pause an email campaign while impersonating a Salesperson, an error message will likely pop up similar to the one shown in the screenshot below.


The only workaround is to log in to the Sales and Success Center using your Salesperson credentials.
