When a user is attempting to log into their Google Workspace account and receives the following error message:
"Your organization's Google Workspace account has been suspended. Please contact your Google Workspace Organization Administrator to re-activate your organization."
Please get the Admin on the Google Workspace account to log in to admin.google.com and accept the terms and conditions/user agreement in order to re-activate the organization. If you are not sure who the primary admin is, please reach out to Support on Demand for this information.
