Customers with Customer Voice Pro have a tab in Business App called "Email Configuration" under Settings. You can validate the send-from email that appears in your Review Request Template here, preventing your review requests from going to spam.

Question 1: Why can't I update my 'Email Send from Information' on the Email Configuration dashboard within the Business App without the "an unexpected error occurred, please try again" error?
Answer: When you impersonate a user or open the Business App directly from Partner Center you are sure to arrive at the above error when updating the "Email Send from Information" field within the Email Configuration Setup in the Business App.
What you need to do to successfully update the above field is to ensure the user logs into the Business App directly before updating their email address and name.

Question 2: Can I delete an Email configuration?
Answer: Yes, you can delete an email configuration within the Business App by clicking on the "Delete Email configuration" call to action button at the bottom of the Email Configuration dashboard and you will get the prompt as shown on the screenshot below:
