Can I edit a sales activity in the Sales and Success Center?
In order to edit a sales activity, the following three conditions must be met:
- The activity must be manually logged by the salesperson and not automatically logged by the system.
- The salesperson viewing the activity must be the one who logged the activity.
- The Salesperson must be logged into the Sales and Success Center directly using their own credentials.
