We have released 5 new built-in automation to log hotness ratings for accounts and notify you about hot leads. These notifications were previously being sent through the platform—but now, you can view and customize the automated workflows in the Built-in automations tab in Partner Center > Automations.
When will you be notified?
You'll receive in-app and email notifications whenever one of these events occurs:
- A customer views a package in your store
- A customer makes a payment
- A customer asks a question in Business App (through the Contact Us card)

What hotness level will be applied to accounts?
The platform will log a hotness rating of 2 flames whenever one of these events occurs:
- A customer views a package in your store
- A customer makes a payment
- A customer asks a question in Business App (through the Contact Us card)
- A customer opens a campaign email
- A customer clicks a link within a campaign email
You can customize this hotness rating by copying the built-in automation, turning off the original, and turning on the copy. For more information, view this article: Introducing Built-In Automations
Can I manage the automations?
You can manage these automations through the Built-in automations tab in Partner Center > Automations.
With built-in automations, you have the option to customize the hotness ratings and notification messages.
