What is it?
Partners who are selling Vendasta’s Customer Voice product in their marketplace are now able to white-label the product name and icon to whatever branding they choose.
How does it work?
1. To change the product name or icon a Partner Admin user must click the Marketplace tab in Partner Center and then select the Products tab.
2. Next, search for Customer Voice and click it.
3. Next, navigate to the Product Info tab and toggle on the White-Label Branding.
4. Here, you can change the product name and upload an icon. Click Save.
5. By default, edits will apply to all Markets. However, to customize for select markets, select Market in the dropdown menu in the top right corner and proceed with customizing.
5. Everywhere that Customer Voice previously appeared, will reflect the new name and icon, as seen here in Business App.
Who gets it?
All Partner Admin users have access to this feature if the Customer Voice product is enabled in their marketplace.
