How do Salespeople cancel pending orders?

Salespeople can cancel orders if needed, for example, if a customer backs out of purchasing.

  1. Go to Sales & Success Center > Orders
    • These can also be accessed from Sales & Success Center > Accounts > Account name > Orders Section
  2. Click on the Order ID
  3. Click Cancel
  4. Optional–Enter cancellation notes
  5. Click Request Cancellation

This submits the order for cancellation. An admin can then approve or decline the cancellation.
