Salespeople can cancel orders if needed, for example, if a customer backs out of purchasing.
- Go to Sales & Success Center > Orders
- These can also be accessed from Sales & Success Center > Accounts > Account name > Orders Section
- Click on the Order ID
- Click Cancel Order
- Optional–Enter cancellation notes
- Click Request Cancellation
This submits the order for cancellation. An admin can then approve or decline the cancellation.
