The Online Toolkit is available to activate for any accounts you choose. To activate the Local Business Online Toolkit, follow the instructions in this article:

At the step where you need to select products to activate, select the Local Business Online Toolkit package.
You’ll see how many toolkits you have available via the activation workflow.
Can't find the Local Business Online Toolkit?
If you can't find the Local Business Online Toolkit package, you'll need to add this recommended package to your Store. To do this:

- Go to Partner Center > Marketplace > Packages.
- Click on the Recommended Packages tab.
- Search for the "Local Business Online Toolkit".
- On the Local Business Online Toolkit package, click Add To Store.
- Enter information for the package, then click Save and Publish.
The Local Business Online Toolkit will now appear in your Store and you'll be able to activate it for business accounts. You may need to refresh your browser before seeing the package in your Store.
