Recent Activity in Sales & Success Center

Whenever a prospect has had either customer or sales activity, their account will be highlighted in Sales & Success Center with a red dot until the assigned salesperson views that activity—similar to an unread email.

When an activity is unread, a red dot will appear beside the account.

Recent activity can also be triggered by the following:

Sales action:
  • Replied by email
  • Email sent
  • Email received
  • Inbound call
  • Outbound call
  • Meeting
  • Opportunity created/ won/ lost/ updated
  • Archived business
  • Unarchived business
  • Opportunity reopened
  • Snapshot creation
  • Account created
  • Submitted for customer approval
  • Inbound message
  • Quote accepted
  • Meeting booked/ rescheduled/canceled
Customer actions:
  • Email, Sent, Received, Opened, Bounced, Clicked
  • Connection of account in Business App: Facebook, Google Business Profile
  • Business App activity
  • Updated business profile
  • Click contact sales and send a message when viewing a product/package
  • Asked a question through the contact us box
NOTE: You must be logged in as the salesperson assigned to the account in order to automatically mark an activity as read. In other words, when you impersonate a salesperson via Partner Center, viewing an account will not automatically mark its activity as read.
