When your salespeople create a prospect in the Sales & Success Center, they automatically create a Reputation Management demo (which provides up-to-date information for seven days). As such, the activation process for the Reputation Management demo is a little different than it is for any other product—you’ll need to convert the demo to “paid."
To convert the demo to "paid":
- Go to Partner Center > Businesses > Accounts.
- Click on the account name for the customer you want to activate Reputation Management for. This takes you to the Account Details screen.
- Within the Products section, click the Menu icon
beside Reputation Management. Click Convert to Paid.
If your customers have access to Business App, they'll now be able to access Reputation Management from the My Products tab.
