The graphs displaying reach and engagement on the Post Performance tab in Social Marketing have a new design. These changes have been implemented to help users better understand and make strategic decisions with the data.
The new graphs on the post-performance page display the reach and engagement for the posts made within the selected time period. Additionally, these graphs display cumulative totals as the statistics come in.
Note that these changes will also be reflected in the Executive Report.
Why is it important?
Previously the post-performance data was showing reach and engagement received in the selected time period, for all posts. This was making the data difficult to understand and use.
Accurate and easy-to-understand post-performance is incredibly important for both Vendasta partners and their clients. Measuring social media engagement can help to prove where your efforts and resources are being used most effectively and how to shift tactics if needed.
