Communication isn't just about speaking to prospects and customers. To properly do their job, a salesperson needs to be aware of every communication going out to their clientele.
This was previously a difficult proposition. Both fulfillment agents and salespeople had to constantly touch base, hoping neither of them forgot vital information when emailing. If a Task Manager user failed to CC the salesperson on an email, that information didn't often surface.
Now, salespeople will see Task Manager emails directly in the Sales & Success Center, reducing the risk of important info getting missed.
When can I see these notes?
If a salesperson accesses an account where a Task Manager user has emailed them, that email will appear in the Sales & Success Center automatically.
What do they look like?
All Task Manager email activities are marked with "Task Manager" and "Email Sent" badges.
