It's important to track your relationship with an account. Previously, salespeople had to rely on memory or leave detailed notes on the account to track this. This is now clearly visible, allowing them to more easily keep track of the health of the relationship with the account.
To set the account health on an account...
- Log in to the Sales & Success Center.
- Click on an account.
- Click the heart rating for the account. This is on a scale of 1 to 5.
- Optional – Enter a reason for the account's health.
- We strongly recommend using this field so that it's obvious when viewing an account why you've set health the way you have.
