The two data aggregators, TransUnion's Neustar/Localeze and Foursquare verify information in different ways. The data is commonly verified with the data on USPS, and formatting may be adjusted to match theirs. The providers may also call the business or email them to verify the data.
Neustar/Localeze may send an email to your clients
Once Citation Builder is activated, we submit a request to Neustar/Localeze to claim the citation. We do this to ensure its accuracy during the entire subscription. If your client has a claim on the citation, Neustar will contact them with a conflict resolution request.
We suggest that your client approves the release. Once they approve the release, Neustar will release the citation and Vendasta will be able to claim the citation.
If they do not respond, Neustar will release the listing after 10 business days, and then Vendasta will be able to claim the citation.
If they deny the release, Vendasta will not be able to claim the listing. As a result, Vendasta would not be able to update the listing with the NAP data that was entered.
