What is it?
Salespeople can now set the health of an account. This provides insight into which accounts need a bit of extra effort to increase the likelihood of closing a sale and reducing churn.
When was it made available?
Account health was released on December 2nd, 2019.
Why does it matter?
It's important to track your relationship with an account. Previously, salespeople had to rely on memory or leave detailed notes on the account to track this. Now, this is clearly visible, allowing them to more easily keep track of the health of the relationship with the account.
How does it work?
- Log in to Sales & Success Center.
- Click on an account.
- Click the heart rating for the account. This is on a scale of 1 to 5.
Optional – Enter a reason for the account health.
- We strongly recommend using this field so that it's obvious when viewing an account why you've set the health the way you have.
