Account health gives you insight into which accounts need a little extra effort to increase your chances of closing a sale and reduce churn. Salespeople can set account health in the Sales & Success Center.
Why does it matter?
It's important to keep track of your relationship with your account. Account Health serves as a quick and visible "gut test" of where your account is. For example, if a prospect misses a meeting, fails to pay, or reduces service, you can remove hearts from their account.
How does it work?
- Log in to the Sales & Success Center.
- Click on an account.
- Click the heart rating for the account. This is on a scale of 1 to 5.
- Optional – Enter a reason for the account's health.
- We strongly recommend using this field so that it's obvious when viewing an account why you've set health the way you have.
