Your salespeople often need to follow up with prospects and clients. For example, they need to call back on a specific day, send sales collateral, or double-check something with their billing or support teams.
Task Management in Sales & Success Center allows your salespeople to stay on top of that work and build stronger relationships with their clients.
How does it work?
How to create tasks
To create a task in Sales & Success Center:
- Go to Sales & Success Center > Accounts.
- Select an account.
- Create a sales activity and select Follow-up required, or click the + button at the top of the Tasks section.
- Alternatively, You can add a task directly to the Tasks field on the account.
How to manage tasks
Within the Tasks tab in the Sales & Success Center, your salespeople can view all of their overdue and upcoming tasks, as well as mark those tasks as “Complete.”
To edit a task:
- Go to Sales & Success Center > Accounts.
- Select an account.
- Under the “Tasks” section, select the task you’d like to edit.
All Partners with access to the Sales & Success Center will have this feature.
