Social Marketing: Customer comments on Instagram posts

In addition to publishing to Instagram, you can also see comments on posts and respond to them directly within Social Marketing.

Engaging with customers is one of the key factors of a successful social media strategy. Now, your clients can interact with their audience on one of the largest social networks: Instagram!

Any comments made on your clients' Instagram posts will be pulled into the Customer Posts tab.

To respond to a specific customer, use the Comment button. Their Instagram handle will automatically be populated, just type your response and click Post.
