In addition to publishing to Instagram, you can also see comments on posts—and respond to them—directly within Social Marketing.
Engaging with customers is one of the key factors of a successful social media strategy. Now, your clients can interact with their audience on one of the largest social networks: Instagram!
Any comments made on your clients' Instagram posts will be pulled into the Customer Posts tab.
To respond to a specific customer, use the Comment button. Their Instagram handle will automatically be populated, just type your response and click Post.
