On July 14th, 2020, the ‘Recent Activity’ tab in Business App is going to be renamed to ‘Inbox’. We are making this change to better reflect how Business App is a centralized place for all kinds of customer interaction management—and this tab is more than a stream of activity; it’s a place to interact with customers and drive new business.
What is Inbox?
Inbox is where to see everything that is happening to a business, all in one place. It’s a consolidation of many actionable events and messages, in a reverse-chronological stream.
In the future, more interactions will be available in-line, so users will not need to leave this page to interact with their customers and get work done.
What types of messages and events appear in Inbox?
Inbox consolidates important events and activity related to the business. Message and event types currently supported include:
