Video Instructions: Each Campaign includes a video script to match the 3 emails, you can shoot your videos in advance and be ready to post on social via your Social Marketing app scheduler. Aim to post your Videos later the same day that your email goes out, ideally end of the day, so it is a double touch day. Pro Tip: Keep the video shoot simple, it is a great way to reiterate and reinforce your message. Remember to encourage a conversation, like and respond to any comments, and share with the widest audience possible!
Social Instructions: In addition to the 3 prebuilt emails and your video scripts, we have created 2 social post graphics that you can use between the email flow, to reiterate both the trusted advisor content, as well as the Event Content. An example post text has already been written, however, you can create additional if you see fit, we recommend scheduling between emails via Social Marketing Pro and even consider boosting posts that work the best for you.
How do I get this up and running?
All you need to do for us to help you set this up is to request help from our Technical Success team via your Growth Manager or email to partnersuccess@vendasta.com
Here are the 3 simple steps:
1) Create your distribution list, we suggest you send this campaign to all of our accounts in your system that has CompanyName, Address, Phone Number, Website (NAP+W) plus the Contact Name and Email. As well, ensure you have an assigned sales rep to each of these accounts so you can see the hot leads in your Sales and Success Center.
2) Request activation help and launch from Technical Success, simply let them know you want to run the campaign to a specific list and tell us what Date and Time you would like us to Launch. (partnersuccess@vendasta.com)
3) Technical Success will schedule the emails to align to the next available set of events, and then publish the campaign to your nominated list. They will let you know once it is live.
What should my followup be?
On one hand, this campaign is a Set and Forget for your agency, it allows you to know that all your customers and prospects will get valuable communication and trusted advice from you a few times a month. So until the end of the year, you can focus on what matters most for your agency.
